Refunds
If at any point before the shipping of your product you decide that you would like a
refund, we will be happy to take care of that for you. Once your product has shipped, we will no longer be able to process a refund.
Exceptions
If your product is shipped and for unknown reasons does not arrive to you, we
will process a refund at your request.
