The last batch remaining orders have been shipped to their respective hubs and final fulfillment will be happening soon.
Due to customs clearance, we’ve run into issues shipping to these regions and have now resorted to just paying out of our ass to fulfill them DDP from our US warehouse.
It will likely take us until March to get all these orders resolved.
The Adventure Pack portion has been picked up by the freight forward in China and is currently in customs-clearance. We will give an update once it ships.
The resin miniatures are at the tail-end of production and will be shipped from our studio to our US hub as soon as possible.
Thanks for your patience while we continue to tune this new endeavor of in-house resin production. We are working toward churning out these orders much quicker.
The good news is that they look sick.
To recap, all the files on Wave 2B are complete and have been submitted to our factory for proofing.
At this stage of the process, mostly what we’ve been doing is adjusting margins, tweaking the spot UV on the boxes, and fixing broken or missing links in the cross-referencing.
The complexity of our project scared off our first appointed project manager, and then the next one left the company last week.
We have been introduced to our third (and hopefully final) project manager this week. It seems they need to have their veterans working on this one.
We’ll be showing off our stacks of digital proofs, white copies, and PPCs as we receive them.
Something to keep in mind is that Lunar New Year is around the corner. From February 5 - March 7 our factory will be closed and there will be very minimal movement in that timeframe.
Regardless, our goal is to get this last huge outstanding wave of fulfillment shipped out this year.

With our initial deposit on 2B made, we’re pushing our factory to give us some significant progress updates before the month-long Lunar New Year factory closure.
The sheer scale of this project has been one hard lesson after another for us. Many of the choices we’ve made haven’t been the best, and the amount of time it's taken for us to deliver this project is inexcusable.
All we can do now is focus on fulfilling our promises, no matter how long it takes, and we refuse to put ourselves, or you as backers, in a similar situation in the future.
In past updates, we’d announced that we have many smaller-scale projects and Middara expansions in the works.
