We have received the Wave 2B production timeline from our factory. We will give you a thorough breakdown here.
These are the estimates they've given us:
Lunar New Year factory closure: February 5 - March 7 (work begins slowly again starting on March 1, but otherwise not much progress will be made in this time)
Similar to how we fulfilled the preorder for The Hungry Tide, we are looking into the option of fulfilling this entire wave straight from our factory and skipping all the hassle of organizing fulfillment through 6- 8 different global hubs.
Assuming this works out, fulfillment in August 2026 is the goal.
Our factory is looking into ways of making this as affordable and efficient as possible, with everything being delivered DDP (meaning you won’t be hit with any tariffs / fees).
If we end up going the traditional fulfillment route, we believe that fulfillment in August - October is more likely, depending on where you live.
Our Discord community has been popping off lately and they’ve asked us if we’d be willing to provide some print-and-play PDF downloads for a few of the upcoming products in Wave 2B, specifically Vile Variations.
Vile Variations provides dozens of Variations to all the monsters you know and love (or hate) in Act 1 and all the Variations to the monsters you haven’t seen yet in Act 2 + 3.
If you’re interested in running through Act 1 again but making it a little spicier, or you’re just curious to see what we’ve been cooking up, Vile Variations has what you’re looking for.
Combatant Cards with the VARIATION Tag denote Combatants that have new and often more challenging AI, but thematically represent the same Combatant.
For example, here is the original Cave Sickle and one of its Variations.
Same monster, same basic idea, but different abilities and different AI.
These variations may spawn randomly instead of the original Combatant, adding complexity and unpredictability to every encounter.
Included in Vile Variations are multiple tiers of each Combatant as well. For example, the Cave Sickle has a Variation for tiers Mundane through Uncommon.

Every day, more Wave 2A orders in Europe are shipping. We received an email yesterday from our EU fulfillment partner and they told us there are 600 orders left to fulfill.
We’re really sorry for all the issues and delays. We honestly can’t imagine that this will take much longer.
Not everything is in our control, but we’re working on ways to make sure these sorts of delays don’t ever happen again.
To be safe, give our fulfillment center until the middle of next week before you shoot us an email about a missing order. From what we’ve been told, all the Wave 2A orders in Europe and surrounding regions will be fulfilled by then.
All that’s left for Wave 2A are the Latin American backers. We’ve run into customs issues shipping these through our normal fulfillment partner but we’re organizing an alternate way of getting these fulfilled through our US warehouse.
It may realistically take until March to have these fulfilled.
Thank you all for sticking through this campaign with us. As we’ve said in previous updates, we’re currently getting ahead of all of our future projects so that we never run into another multi-year development cycle post-campaign.
