For the most part, this first batch of fulfillment is going smoothly. We did get held up at customs in two separate instances, which caused some delays. The US customs clearance took about a week longer than expected, and the EU and UK containers were on hold because of a VAT registration issue on our end.
Regardless, everything has been resolved and is in transit.
By the middle of next week, most, if not all, of the US Wave 2A orders will be fulfilled and our US warehouse will be stocked up with surplus Wave 2A products.
So, alongside the opening day of Gen Con on Thursday July 31st , we will also be opening up the webstore for Wave 2A sales from our US warehouse.
We will ship internationally for this event.
If you’re in the EU / UK still waiting for your orders to arrive, or if you’re wanting to pick up anything you’ve missed and don’t feel like paying the shipping fees from our US warehouse, just hang tight. We will launch a similar event around September when those regions fulfill.
After that happens, our new warehouse in NL will be stocked up with Wave 2A products so you can ship VAT free from within the EU.
In total, we will have four shipping hubs. One in the US, one in AUS and two in the EU (DE /NL). These hubs will ship Wave 2A worldwide to anyone outside of those regions.
Our AUS store will not have Wave 2A in stock, but will still carry everything from Wave 1 (Act 1, KS1 Promo Pack, etc.)

Alongside the fulfillment of Wave 2A, we are launching a brand new 4-player Adventure Pack called Shadow Harbinger.
Shadow Harbinger will not be a preorder . The print run is already complete and will be stocked in both the US and EU webstores and available for pick up at Gen Con. Depending on your region, shipping could take a couple weeks.
This brand new Adventure Pack contains:
Shadow Harbinger is a standalone Adventure that requires the components of Act 1.
The release of Shadow Harbinger alongside the fulfillment of Wave 2A will be our first endeavor into a “print-on-demand” style resin release. These miniatures are made lovingly in-house, giving us a lot of control over how they get made.
Shadow Harbinger contains 3 new characters, and 1 new 2x2 monster that are included as standees in the product.
Optionally, when purchasing the Shadow Harbinger Adventure Pack, you may choose to purchase it with the upgraded resin miniatures.
These resin kits are not required to play and are just a boujee upgrade to the standees.
These kits come fully assembled.
Sometime in the near future, we will be selling the STL files for these miniatures if you’d rather print them at home yourself.
We’re running a two week preorder from July 31st - August 15th for these miniatures upon the release of Shadow Harbinger and will print only what was sold in those two weeks + a very small surplus for conventions. In an effort to deliver small batch miniatures in a timely fashion, after the 15th, the resin miniatures will be unavailable for the foreseeable future.
Both the Adventure Pack printed components and resins will be tariff-free and will ship from our US and EU warehouses to anywhere in the world.

Everything for Wave 2B will be production-ready by August 15th . With the community's help, we’ve been spot-checking Act 2 + 3 one last time for typos. Other than that, it’s just about ready to package for print.
Pirates of Elenia, Vol. 1 is still in playtesting but will wrap up in the next couple weeks.
Everything else is done, packaged, and has been submitted to the manufacturer for proofing.
Estimated delivery for Wave 2B is Q1 2026.
